Cancellation/Return Policy

We want you to feel confident with your purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to info@stonwellness.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that time frame.

Once orders are submitted, we can not apply any discounts or coupons. Please ensure that your order is correct before submitting, including the items, quantity, pricing, and discounts.

Returns are accepted for most unopened, unused products for a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs within 14 days of the products received date. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please submit your request to info@stonwellness.com.

If a return is required as a result of an error on our end (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the product received date and we will cover return shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
